A Change Agent is the direct liaison between the technical project team members and the end users [Gardner, J. W. (1991)]. The role of an change agent is very important in an organization as it is not an easy task to manage a change in an organization. When there is any question arise to change in the organization that means that its need to make a change in a designed and organize fashion.
